2. Mr. Lewis was recovering from a knee procedure in 2017, when after a consult, he underwent the follow-up procedure.

 

3. Dr. Kaplan is an orthopedic surgeon at University of Miami Health System.

 

4. He is the Miami Marlins’ medical director and team physician.
