2. Mr. Jansen underwent a procedure on the left atrium of his heart in 2012 to cauterize the area and prevent abnormal electrical signals.
3. The team expects Mr. Jansen will be fully recovered for the 2019 season.
4. Dr. Nademanee is Los Angeles-based Pacific Rim Electrophysiology Research Institute’s director and a cardiologist.
5. He notably discovered the region where heart arrhythmias originate by mapping complex fractionated electrocardiograms.
