2. Dr. Meister performed the initial reconstruction in August 2017. He performed the second Tommy John procedure April 22.

3. Mr. Espinoza last pitched in 2016.

4. Dr. Meister is the head team physician for the Texas Rangers and director of Arlington, Texas-based TMI Sports Medicine. He previously served as the head team physician for the Dallas Stars and USA Hockey.
