2. He will miss the entire 2018 season while rehabilitating from Tommy John surgery.

3. Dr. Meister is the head team physician for the Texas Rangers and director of Arlington, Texas-based TMI Sports Medicine.

4. He previously served as the head team physician for the NHL’s Dallas Stars, the NBA D-League’s Ft. Worth Flyers, Gainesville-based University of Florida Athletics and USA Hockey.
