1. The surgery was performed at Texas Health Center for Diagnostics and Surgery in Plano.
2. Dr. Heier is the foot and ankle orthopedic specialist for FC Dallas, the Texas Rangers and the athletic department at the University of North Texas in Denton.
3. Mr. Redžić is expected to be sidelined for six to eight weeks.
