Dr. Tait earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center. His additional training includes fellowships in spine and interventional pain management in Michigan and sports medicine at Virginia Tech and Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Tait is a consultant for the University of Arizona Athletics.
