1. Dr. Glazer is a board-certified sports medicine physician and nonoperative orthopedic specialist. He previously served as the director of sports medicine and medical director of physical therapy at Memorial Hospital in North Conway, N.H.
2. He currently serves as a clinical assistant sports medicine professor at Boston-based Tufts University School of Medicine.
3. Dr. Glazer received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and underwent sports medicine fellowship training at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington.
4. The Alpine Clinic is the largest orthopedic practice in northern New Hampshire, with six locations. Its clinicians serve as the official team physicians for the USA Ski Jumping Team.
