Dr. James Andrews to Perform Elbow Surgery on Oakland A’s Pitcher Joey Devine

James Andrews, MD, will perform elbow surgery on Oakland Athletics relief pitcher Joey Devine, according to an MLB report.

Dr. Andrews previously performed ulnar collateral ligament repair on Mr. Devine in 2009. Early during spring training, Mr. Devine suffered from flexor tendon tendonitis, which took him out of play.
