Dr. James Andrews Performs Elbow Surgery on Pittsburgh Pirate Kyle McPherson

James Andrews, MD, recently performed elbow surgery on Pittsburgh Pirates right-handed pitcher Kyle McPherson, according to a Pirates Prospects report.

Dr. Andrews practices at Gulf Breeze, Fla.-based Andrews Institute Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. Mr. McPherson was diagnosed with a fracture of the right medial epicondyle and underwent surgery to repair the elbow, according to the report.
