Dr. James Andrews, Others Bringing Sports Medicine to Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia

James Andrews, MD, an orthopedic surgeon, is helping lead efforts to bring the Greenbrier Medical Institute to the Greenbrier Resort in Seebert, W.V., which will include a large sports medicine component, according to a West Virginia Public Broadcasting report.

The project’s first phase will cost $250 million and includes the Greenbrier clinic, a sports medicine center and a sports performance and training facility. Eventually, the entire project will include a comprehensive diagnostic and clinical sports medicine complex with ORs and teaching suites.
