Dr. Raphael most recently served as director of sports medicine and head team physician at Syracuse University. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and International Arthroscopy Association. He also serves as a clinical assistant professor of orthopedics at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in New York.
