Dr. George Theodore Performs Foot Surgery on NFL Quarterback Tom Brady

George Theodore, MD, the team physician for the New England Patriots, recently performed surgery on quarterback Tom Brady’s right foot, according to an NFL Network report.

Mr. Brady played the entire 2010 season with a stress fracture in his right foot and received conservative medical treatment before deciding on surgery. Dr. Theodore inserted a screw into Mr. Brady’s foot, and he is expected to recover after three months, in time for training camp.

Mr. Brady will spend his rehabilitation time in California.
