Dr. Connor is working with Brookwood to create a relationship between the hospital and his practice. The hospital was previously aligned with Lemak Sports Medicine & Orthopedics, which moved to Trinity Medical Center in Birmingham in 2009.
Dr. Connor has a professional interest in minimally invasive solutions for hip and knee replacement surgery. He earned his medical degree at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His additional training includes a fellowship in sports medicine at the Atlanta Sports Medicine Center.
