Dr. Frank Cordasco Performs Pectoral Muscle Repair on Rams’ Roger Saffold

Frank Cordasco, MD, a surgeon at Hospital for Special Surgery, recently performed a procedure to repair St. Louis Rams left tackle Roger Saffold’s torn pectoral muscle, according to a Hospital for Special Surgery news release.

Mr. Saffold suffered the injury while lifting weights at Rams Park. The surgery went well and he is expected to spend four to five months recovering from the procedure.
