Dr. Douglas Freedberg Performs Knee Surgery on Oakland A’s Scott Sizemore

Douglas Freedberg, MD, team physician for the Oakland Athletics, recently performed knee surgery on third baseman Scott Sizemore, according to a Yahoo Sports report.

Mr. Sizemore tore the ACL in his left knee and is expected to miss the entire season to recover from the injury. The tear occurred during a full-squad workout in February.
