2. The patient suffered a foraminal disc herniation at C4-5 and C5-6, disc height loss and kyphosis.
3. Dr. Leven commented that the implant offers a “minimally invasive surgical technique to fuse the cervical spine.” The technology features a larger graft window, which enhances graft volume.

5. Dr. Leven completed his spine surgery fellowship at New York City-based Mount Sinai Hospital. He specializes in minimally invasive surgery.
