Dr. Daniel Lamar Travels to Care for US Men’s National Soccer Team

Daniel Lamar, MD, an orthopedic surgeon at Coastal Orthopedics in Bradenton, Fla., and team physician for the U.S. Men’s National Soccer Team, will be on the sideline as the team pursues the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Dr. Lamar travels with the team and is responsible for treating injuries as well as education on injury prevention. He is traveling this week to Honduras with the team for its first of a 10-game series of qualifying matches to advance in the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
