Dr. Schupp, who is board-certified in family and sports medicine, obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio. He completed an internship and residency in family medicine at Memorial Hermann in Houston and a fellowship in sports medicine at Kaiser Permanente in Fontana, Calif. Prior to returning to Texas, he served on the faculty of the Kaiser Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship for five years.
