Dr. Parsley is the acting chief of the division of adult reconstruction and total joint arthroplasty and director of the adult reconstruction fellowship program for Baylor College of Medicine. He has made more than 30 medical mission trips to Guatemala and is the chairman of the board for the Houston Haiti Recovery Initiative.
Dr. Parsley earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. He has also completed a joint replacement arthroplasty fellowship at the Anderson Research Institute in Arlington, Va.
