Dr. Bert Mandelbaum Performs Knee Surgery on 2 Galaxy Players

Bert Mandelbaum, MD, team physician for the professional soccer team LA Galaxy, has performed knee surgery on forward Edson Buddle and midfielder/defender Dan Keat, according to an ESPN report.

Both players are expected to be sidelined for three to six weeks. Dr. Mandelbaum is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with Santa Monica Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Group in California.
