Dr. Aubrey Smith Elected to Texas Medical Association

Orthopedic surgeon Aubrey Smith, MD, has been elected to a leadership position at the Austin-based Texas Medical Association, according to Amarillo Globe-News.

Dr. Smith will serve on the Council on Practice Management Services to oversee all association practice management services provided directly to physicians and staff.

The Texas Medical Association is the largest medical society in the country, and represents 46,000 physician and medical student members.
