Dr. Andrew Abramowitz joins MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center

MedStar Orthopaedics has added Andrew Abramowitz, MD, to the medical staff at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore.

Dr. Abramowitz is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon focuses on hip dysplasia, clubfeet, Perthes disease, slipped epiphysis, fractures and sports injuries. He is a member of the American Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America.

 

Dr. Abramowitz completed his residency at the Boston University Medical Center and Shriners Hospital for Children in Springfield, Mass. He has completed a pediatric orthopedic fellowship at the Gillette Children’s Hospital in St. Paul, Minn., and the Shriners Hospital for Children in Minneapolis.
