1. The project will cost between $50 million and $65 million.
2. Henry Ford Health System will replace the Detroit Medical Center as the Pistons’ official health provider.
3. Henry Ford’s sports medicine staff employs orthopedic surgeons, athletic trainers, nutritionists and specialists in cardiology and pulmonary care, ophthalmology and complex spinal care, pain management and sleep medicine.
4. Stephen E. Lemos, MD, PhD, and Benjamin Paolucci, DO, have served as the Pistons’ team physicians with Detroit Medical Center.
5. The Pistons announced their move to from Oakland County to downtown Detroit in November 2016.
