The Web site, MovingBeyondJointPain.com, includes an interactive learning center with audio and video training modules on topics such as the impact of diabetes and obesity on shoulder pain, how these diseases can increase the risk of disability and when they may need to be seen by a shoulder specialist.

A "Community Care Tool Kit" on the Web site’s resource center includes a newsletter article, radio public service announcement and a PowerPoint presentation that primary care providers can use for local community education.
