David Fardon, MD (Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, Chicago). Dr. Fardon joined Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush in 2008. He serves as an assistant professor at Rush University Medical Center and has a special interest in spine, back and neck surgery. He previously practiced with Southeastern Orthopaedics.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Fardon has authored several textbook chapters and co-edited the Orthopaedic Knowledge Update for Spine II. He served as president of the North American Spine Society in 1996 and 1997 and participated in the organization’s clinical guidelines.
Dr. Fardon earned his medical degree at the University of Kansas and completed his residency at the University of Missouri Medical Center.
