Connecticut Orthopaedic Society Names Congressmen Honorary Members

House Rep. Dan Carter and Rep. Prasad Srinivasan, MD, have received honorary membership awards from the Connecticut Orthopaedic Society at its annual meeting held in Farmington, Conn., on May 10, according to a Hartford Courant report.

Honorary memberships are awarded by the board of directors to any individual who serves patients and the orthopedic community in Connecticut. Reps. Carter and Srinivasan were recognized for their efforts to protect and preserve the medical profession, according to the report.
