Colonial Orthopaedics Works With University Athletes to Improve Knee Strength

Colonial Orthopaedics, based in Colonial Heights, Va., will hold a six-week program with the Virginia State University women’s basketball team to focus on knee injuries, according to a Village News report.

The program will focus on knee strength, agility and balance to prevent knee injuries, such as ACL tears.
