The practice has two Virginia locations — one in Chester and another in Colonial Heights. The Chester location will close following the move to the new location, which is opposite the current Colonial Heights location.
The new location will include 27 exam rooms, and the practice plans on adding two more physicians to its medical staff, according to the report.
