CMS Paid More Than $850M in EHR Incentive Payments as of Sept. 30

As of Sept. 30, CMS has paid more than $850 million as part of the Medicare and Medicaid EHR Incentive Program, according to a news release by the Healthcare Information & Management Systems Society.

In addition, more than 114,000 eligible providers and hospitals had registered for the program by the end of September.
