Cleveland Clinic Names Dr. Thomas Graham Chairman of Innovations

Thomas Graham, MD, has been named Cleveland Clinic Innovations chairman, according to a Medcity News report.

Cleveland Clinic Innovations is the organization’s technology commercialization arm.

Dr. Graham is a hand surgeon and is currently the team physician for the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Cavaliers. He has consulted for the Cleveland Symphony and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum.

Previously, Dr. Graham practiced at Cleveland Clinic’s Department of Orthopedic surgery where he was the leader of its upper extremity division. He continued practice at the Curtis National Hand Center at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Md., where he was chief of the division of hand surgery and vice chairman of the department of orthopedic surgery.

Additionally, his experience includes director of MedStar SportsHealth. Dr. Graham also has a background in business, entrepreneurial ship and inventions.
