1. Dr. Blomgren will serve as CMO and head team physician, while Dr. Forsythe will serve as head orthopedic officer/team orthopedist.
2. Both physicians have served as team physicians for U.S. Soccer during international competitions.
3. Dr. Blomgren is a co-team physician for the Chicago White Sox.
4. Dr. Forsythe is also a team physician for the Chicago White Sox as well as the Chicago Bulls.
5. Dr. Blomgren completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
6. Dr. Forsythe completed fellowship training at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
