Chicago Eagles name Dr. Adam Yanke lead physician: 5 things to know

Adam Yanke, MD, was named lead physician for the Chicago Eagles indoor football team.

Here are five things to know:

 

1. Dr. Yanke is a sports medicine physician at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush in Chicago.

 

2. He previously served as a team physician for the Chicago Bulls, White Sox, Fire, Riot, Force and DePaul Blue Demons.

 

3. Dr. Yanke has a special interest in knee, shoulder and elbow care. He focuses on cartilage restoration.

 

4. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Yanke is a member of the Cartilage Repair Society and selected for the American Orthopaedic Association Emerging Leader program.

 

5. He earned his medical degree at Rush University Medical College and completed his fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at Rush.
