Dr. Torrez is an orthopedic surgeon with Cedar Valley Medical Specialists in Waterloo, Iowa. He focuses on pediatric orthopedic surgery, hip and knee reconstruction, orthopedic trauma and sports medicine services. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics and American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He will soon begin seeing patients at the BCHC Specialty Clinic in Independence.
