Bob Elias Kern County Sports Hall of Fame to Induct Dr. William Baker

William F. Baker Jr., MD, an internal medicine and sports medicine specialist, will be inducted into the Bob Elias Kern County Sports Hall of Fame early next year, according to a Bakersfield Californian report.

Dr. Baker spent 25 years as the team physician for local Foothill High. He earned his medical degree at the University of California in Irvine and completed his residency at UC Irvine Medical Center.
