Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), who are both members of the Senate Finance Committee, are betting improved transparency will discourage fraud and waste from Medicare claims and promote better price competition. “Sunlight is among the strongest disinfectants,” Sen.
