Bill to Ensure Coverage of Telemedicine Services Introduced in Montana Senate Committee

Montana State Sen. Ed Buttery (R-Great Falls) has sponsored a bill that would require health insurers to cover services provided via telemedicine, according to an Independent Record report.

The legislation, introduced in the Senate Public Health Committee, saw no opposition. The Senate panel has taken no immediate action.
