The first phase will include construction of a 45,000-square-foot, three-story building featuring six physician pods with six exam rooms in each as well as two X-ray rooms. The new location will also offer digital radiography, DEXA bone density scanning, rehabilitation services and include a walk-in store providing orthopedic-related items. It will take approximately two years to complete this phase.
The second phase will include the construction of a 55,000-square-foot building, according to the report.
The practice currently includes five locations, and the new complex will be its sixth office.
