Michael Lewis, MD, MBA, has been named the director of the new center. Dr. Lewis graduated from Weill Medical College of Cornell University and previously served as the chairman of orthopedics and chief of staff at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn.
