1. Mr. White missed two games in 2015 because of a shoulder injury. He had taken several hits during the game, and had his forearm X-rayed after.
2. Dr. Andrews is one of the founding members of Andrews Institute for Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine in Gulf Breeze, Fla. His center is internationally recognized for its sports medicine treatment.
3. Dr. Andrews is the orthopedic medical director for the Tampa Bay Rays and the team physician for Auburn University.
