He was recognized for his contributions as a clinician, researcher, educator and leader in other areas. He has served as president of AOA and been active in American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons’ advocacy efforts.
Dr. Weinstein is currently the Ignacio V. Ponseti Chair and Professor at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City.
