Andrews-trained physician returns to practice

Birmingham, Ala.-based Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center will add T. Daniel Smith, MD, a non-surgical sports medicine and orthopedic physician, effective Aug. 10.

Dr. Smith will treat both pediatric and adult patients at Andrews’ clinics in Birmingham and Trussville, Ala.

Dr. Smith earned his medical degree from University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, completed a residency with Phoebe Putney Health System in Albany, Ga., and completed a fellowship with Andrews Sports Medicine through the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham.
