•    Erik Nilssen, MD, of the Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Gulf Breeze, Fla.
•    Richard T. Laughlin, MD, of Wright State Physicians in Dayton, Ohio
•    Thomas O. Clanton, MD, of The Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colo.
•    Norman Waldrop III, MD, of Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, Ala.
