American College of Sports Medicine names Dr. Rodney Dishman 2016 Citation Award winner: 3 points

The American College of Sports Medicine named Rodney K. Dishman, PhD, a winner of its 2016 Citation Award, according to an Online Athens report.

1. Dr. Dishman is a professor of exercise science and the director of the exercise psychology laboratory at Athens-based University of GA’s kinesiology department.

 

2. He is a fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine as well as a member of the American Academy of Kinesiology and Physical Education and American Association for the Advancement of Science.

 

3. American College of Sports Medicine selected Dr. Dishman for the award because of his sports medicine and exercise sciences contributions.
