AMA Offers Updated Pain Management Education Program

The American Medical Association announced that it is offering an updated pain management education program to provide physicians with the latest pain management and assessment information.

The updated program includes 12 modules addressing clinically important aspects of pain management. The modules cover a wide variety of topics such pain mechanisms and assessment, an overview of management options and the management of cancer and persistent non-cancer pain, including neuropathic pain.
