Allen Kent Sills, Jr. MD (Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Franklin, Tenn.). Dr. Sills is an associate professor in the department of neurological surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and director of the neurosurgery community practice. He has served as the consulting team neurosurgeon for the Memphis Grizzlies and director of the Methodist University Hospital Neurosciences Institute.

 

Dr. Sills founded the Memphis Regional Brain Tumor Center, where he served as executive director. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and Congress of Neurological Surgeons.

 

Dr. Sills earned his medical degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, where he also completed his residency in neurological surgery. His additional training includes a fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
