This is the third consecutive year Dr. Millett received the society’s Achievement Award. This year, he also received the Distinguished Service Award for Best and Most Innovative Instructional Surgical Technique for his instruction video on arthroscopic axillary nerve injuries and quadrilateral space syndrome in the shoulder.
