Here are six sports medicine physicians who have recently joined hospitals or practices or gained promotions.

Simon Görtz, MD, will head The CORE Institute and Banner Health’s, both based in Phoenix, academic sports medicine program.

 

Albuquerque, N.M.-based UNM Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation added Rebecca Dutton, MD, to its faculty.

 

The Colorado Springs, Colo.-based United States Olympic Committee added three time paralympian and orthopedic surgeon Cheri Blauwet, MD, to its board of directors.

 

Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.-based Integrated Endoscopy tapped orthopedic surgeon David Bailie, MD, its chief medical officer and chair of the advisory board.

 

Michael Manning, DO, joined Red Bluff, Calif.-based Dignity Health Medical Group – North State.

 

Rockford-based OrthoIllinois welcomed Kevin Carlile, MD, to its staff.
