OSF HealthCare, based in Peoria, Ill., signed a definitive agreement to acquire Kewanee (Ill.) Hospital.

2. Massachusetts Approves Beth Israel Deaconess, Jordan Hospital Transaction
After months of review, the Massachusetts Public Health Council signed off on the pending transaction between Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and Jordan Health Systems, parent company of Jordan Hospital in Plymouth, Mass.
