R. Maurice Crowe, Jr. (RMC MedStone). Mr. Crowe is the CEO of RMC MedStone, a company focused on acquiring ambulatory surgery centers and small hospitals in partnership with physicians. RMC MedStone Capital acquires an appropriate percentage of each facility and then manages operations and growth of the facility case load and profitability through RMC MedStone Management. Mr. Crowe founded RM Crowe Company in 1987 and previously served as the senior financial officer with Criswell Development Company. In that position, he was responsible for negotiating joint venture agreements, management accountability, construction in process management and the evolution of the commercial office and hotel markets.

Richard E. Francis, Jr. (Symbion Healthcare).
Mr. Francis serves as the CEO and director of Symbion Healthcare, a Nashville, Tenn.-based company dedicated to operating short-stay surgical facilities. The company partners with physicians to develop new facilities, acquires established facilities and joint ventures with healthcare facilities to create a high efficiency, quality focused environment. Mr. Francis also serves as Chairman of the Board of Symbion. Prior to his time with Symbion, Mr. Francis served as president and CEO of UniPhy, an operator of multi-specialty clinics, independent practice associations and related outpatient services. He has also served as senior vice president of development for HealthTrust.

Edward Hetrick (Facility Development & Management).
Mr. Hetrick is the president and CEO of Facility Development & Management, a company dedicated to providing consultative, development and management of free-standing ambulatory surgery centers. The company helps manage ASCs through several services, including optimum understanding of the regulatory environment, employee relations and operational auditing services. Mr. Hetrick has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has held positions at major teaching institutions in New York. He also serves as vice president of Healthcare Facilities Management, a firm focused on reimbursement consulting for physicians and outpatient hospital accounts.

Robert Murphy (ASC Turnaround Group).
Mr. Murphy is the founder and CEO of Murphy Healthcare’s ASC Turnaround Group, a company that acquiring and rehabilitates failing surgery centers by focusing on increasing case volume, cutting costs, maximizing revenues and monitoring operations. Mr. Murphy has spent more than 20 years in the ASC industry with a focus on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions. Stephen J. Pomeranz, MD (ProScan Imaging). Dr. Pomeranz is the medical director and CEO of ProScan Imaging, a Cincinnati-based family of companies that provides radiology and imaging services. Dr. Pomeranz is a diagnostic and technical consultant to many medical and imaging institutions around the world and has consulted for several professional baseball, football and basketball teams. He is also the medical director and CEO of MRI Education Foundation and editor of Craniospinal MRI. He is affiliated with several other professional publications and lectures internationally on CT scans and PET.

David Potack (MEDtegrity Medical Laundry Network). Mr. Potack is a founding member and the director of MEDtegrity Medical Laundry Network and a 15 year veteran of the industry. He is also a member of the MEDtegrity Executive Committee. MEDtegrity is one of the largest independent linen suppliers to national and regional outpatient healthcare businesses — including surgery, rehabilitation and diagnostic centers. Mr. Potack also serves as one of the owners of Unitex.
