56M Patients Have Accessed Their Medical Records Via EHRs, Study Says

Fifty-six million U.S. patients have viewed their medical records on an electronic health record and 41 million more are interested in doing so, according to a Manhattan Research study and news release.

The Cybercitizen Health® U.S. 2011 study also revealed, however, that 140 million consumers have not used and are not interested in using an EHR to view their medical information.
